Artist Mike Budai + Ray-Min Collaboration
We’ve kept it on the down low for a while…but we’re ready to announce our collaboration with Pittsburgh artist Mike Budai! Mike is an amazing and prolific silk-screen artist. He designs and prints hundreds of band posters and t-shirts, and now bags! When Ray-Min decided to bring back our original recorded shopper tote (a 15″ by 15″ tote that holds vinyl perfectly) we thought about collaborating with a Pittsburgh artist add a design to the fabric. Mike was the first artist we thought of…his love for music and fantastic designs would be perfect for a record toting bag! The Ray-Min/Budai Record shoppers are a limited edition….only 50 will be made and they will be exclusively sold at Three Rivers Arts Festival at our booth (#59).
There are 10 colors total, 5 of each. They’re a fantastic tote, even if you’re not going to buy any records! We’ll be unveiling more of the colors here on our blog! Stay Tuned…or if you’re in the Pittsburgh area come visit us this weekend June 4-8th at Three Gateway Center downtown!
